1. Physical Items
Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at lucy@lucylynnecreative.com with your order number and reason for the return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Digital Items (E-Patterns, Downloads)
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you encounter any issues with your digital purchase, please contact us at lucy@lucylynnecreative.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
3. Online Course
Refunds: We want you to be satisfied with your online course purchase. If the course is not meeting your expectations, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at lucy@lucylynnecreative.com with your order number and reason for the request. Refunds will not be granted after 7 days of course access.
