Agreement & Compliance
- Participation in the affiliate program is by application via the form located on the WCF Partner Program page of the website. There is no guarantee that you will be accepted into the program. There is a vetting process that ensures alignment with community standards and program goals. We reserve the right to approve or decline any submission to the program. In addition, we may remove affiliates from the program based on the above.
- By signing up for the affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the abide by these terms and conditions. You agree to promote Lucy Lynne Creative, Website Foundations Course and other products/services in a ethical and positive manner.
- Affiliates must ensure that their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including FTC guidelines for affiliates in the United States.
Permissible Marketing Methods
- Affiliates may use organic and non-paid promotional methods, like:
- Newsletter
- Social Media (no ads)
- Blog posts
- Email marketing to their opt-in list
- Affiliates may use paid advertising if they adhere to the following guidelines:
- Transparency: Advertisements must clearly disclose that the consumer is clicking on an affiliate link. This disclosure ensures compliance with FTC regulations and builds trust with the audience.
- Example Disclosure: “This link is part of an affiliate program, meaning I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.”
- Platforms: Affiliates are encouraged to use social media platforms, where your audience can connect with you authentically, such as Facebook Ads (including boosted posts) to target their own email list, fans, and followers.
- Targeting: Affiliates may retarget individuals within their own communities.
- Approved retargeting methods include:
- Audiences who like or follow your Instagram, Facebook or other social media pages.
- Individuals on your personal or business email list.
- Visitors to your own launch pages or affiliate-related content.

Prohibited Marketing Practices
- Paid Search Engine Advertising: We strictly prohibit the use of Google Ads, browser search ads, or any form of paid search engine advertising to promote the course. You should only focus on promoting via social media platforms, in order to connect authentically with your audience.
- Deceptive Advertising: Affiliates must not use deceptive or misleading advertising practices to promote Lucy Lynne Creative, the Website Foundations Course or other products/services.
- Prohibited Referrals: Commissions will not be paid for referrals obtained through prohibited advertising methods.
Commission Structure & Eligibility
- Valid Referrals: Commissions are earned based on valid referrals that result in qualified leads or sales.
- Missed Payments: Commissions will not be paid out on any monthly payments that require team intervention for recovery (e.g., failed payments). If the first missed payment is successfully recovered, commissions will resume for that student starting the following month. However, if two or more payments become overdue, the student’s account will no longer be eligible for future commission payouts.
- Refund Deduction: Any refund requests will be processed and deducted from the coordinating affiliate commissions within the first 21 days of the course.
- No Cap on Commissions: There is no cap on commissions, meaning you may bring in an unlimited number of referrals as long as there are open registration spots for the course.
- Self-Referrals & Alumni Sales: Commissions will not be paid on your own purchases or alumni sales.
- My Marketing: Lucy Lynne Creative’s marketing efforts will not contain affiliate links, ensuring affiliates are not in competition for sales. Your affiliate code will be good for the entire course registration period.
Monitoring & Termination
- Monitoring Activities: Lucy Lynne Creative reserves the right to review affiliate activities to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions.
- Right to Terminate: Lucy Lynne Creative reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions.
- Termination Consequences: Upon termination, affiliates will forfeit any unpaid commissions and lose access to the affiliate program.
Modifications to Terms
- Updates to Terms: Bonnie Christine, LLC reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
